Angie began her yoga journey in 2008 and has never turned back. It was a difficult time in her life and was searching for some kind of fulfillment and peace.  After completing her first yoga class, there was a sense of inspiration and freedom both physically and mentally. She loved escaping the outside world to be on the mat. The ability to harmonize the body and mind through poses gave the calmness, focus and clarity that Angie was yearning for, in and outside of the yoga studio.

Angie uses her personal yoga experience and shares it with her students in a real and honest way.  She is passionate that yoga can be for everyone and can be carried through your daily life.  “You don’t have to be flexible and an athlete to do yoga.  You just need to bring an open heart and mind.”

Angie went on to complete her 200-Hour Hatha & Vinyasa Yoga Alliance Teacher Training in Singapore with world renowned teachers such as Annie Carpenter, Kino McGregor and Jason Crandell.  After a move to the UK, she wanted to broaden her teaching to Pilates to help educate students on alignment, posture and injury rehabilitation.  She completed the STOTT Matwork teacher training course as well as Total Barre in London.

After years of studying with a Senior Advanced Jivamukti teacher, Andrea Kwiatkowski, Angie completed her 300-Hour Jivamukti Teacher Training with David Life in Costa Rica. She continues her studies in the UK with her mentor and is grateful for these teachers as they continue to inspire her everyday.

“Yoga has given me the tools to be more present, compassionate and understanding of myself and others. I hope to encourage students to discover their true Self and inner bliss."
